About the Role

 

As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of schools and healthcare institutions by ensuring that all assigned areas remain clean, sanitary, safe, and presentable at all times. Key Responsibilities

 

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within assigned premises. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 

• Carrying out daily cleaning duties in classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, corridors, reception areas, waiting areas, wards, treatment rooms, staff rooms, washrooms, staircases, and common areas

 

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces

 

• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, mirrors, and washroom facilities

 

• Wiping and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces to maintain hygiene standards

 

• Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish according to established procedures

 

• Replenishing soap, tissue paper, hand sanitizers, and other hygiene supplies

 

• Ensuring assigned areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day

 

• Operating cleaning machinery, equipment, and tools safely and correctly

 

• Following workplace safety guidelines and infection control procedures

 

• Reporting damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors

 

• Assisting with periodic deep cleaning activities when required

 

• Supporting overall cleanliness standards in accordance with company and client requirements
