JOB OVERVIEW

 

The Production Operator / Mattress Factory Worker plays an important role in the daily manufacturing process. Employees will support various production activities including mattress assembly, material preparation, quality inspection, packaging, warehouse operations, and logistics support.

 

Successful candidates will work within a professional manufacturing environment and receive guidance and training to ensure compliance with production standards, workplace safety requirements, and company operating procedures.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Production Operations

 

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of mattresses and bedding products

 

• Prepare raw materials and production components for manufacturing processes

 

• Operate machinery and production equipment according to company procedures

 

• Support daily production activities to meet operational schedules and targets

 

• Monitor production processes and report any irregularities to supervisors

 

• Follow manufacturing instructions and quality standards at all times

 

Assembly Work

 

• Assist with mattress construction and assembly activities

 

• Install and arrange materials according to product specifications

 

• Ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently

 

• Work closely with team members to achieve production goals

 

Quality Control

 

• Inspect products during various stages of production

 

• Identify defects, damages, or quality concerns

 

• Ensure finished products meet company quality standards

 

• Report quality issues promptly to supervisors

 

Packaging and Logistics

 

• Package finished products according to company requirements

 

• Label products accurately for storage and shipment

 

• Prepare products for transportation and delivery

 

• Support loading, unloading, and warehouse handling activities when required

 

Warehouse Support

 

• Assist with inventory and stock management activities

 

• Organize materials and finished products within designated storage areas

 

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency

 

• Support logistics and distribution operations

 

Workplace Safety

 

• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations

 

• Use safety equipment correctly and responsibly

 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

 

• Participate in workplace safety briefings and training sessions

 

• Report potential hazards or safety concerns immediately

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 

• Male or Female

 

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, packaging, logistics, or factory operations is an advantage

 

• Experience operating industrial equipment is beneficial but not mandatory

 

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices is an advantage

 

• Previous factory experience will be considered positively
