Positions Available
Service Attendant
Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,200 per month
The Service Attendant plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
F&B Captain
Salary: SGD 2,750 – SGD 3,500 per month
The F&B Captain is responsible for leading the front-of-house service team, coordinating daily restaurant operations, maintaining service quality, and ensuring guests receive professional and efficient service throughout their dining experience. Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality operations is preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide attentive and personalized customer service throughout the dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant’s ordering system.
Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
Answer customer enquiries and provide menu recommendations when required.
Ensure dining tables and service stations remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist in preparing the restaurant before opening and closing after service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
Support company policies and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
For F&B Captain positions, supervise service attendants, coordinate floor operations, assign daily duties, and ensure efficient teamwork during busy service periods.
Candidate Requirements
Passionate about customer service and hospitality.
Friendly, responsible, and professional attitude.
Well-groomed appearance with good communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
Team player with a positive work ethic.
Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality establishments is an advantage, especially for F&B Captain positions.
Entry-level applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply for Service Attendant positions, as comprehensive training will be provided.
