POSITION AVAILABLE

 

Factory Worker / Production Operator

 

As a Factory Worker / Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily production activities and ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

– Operate production equipment according to company procedures.

– Assemble, pack, label, and inspect finished products.

– Perform quality checks before products are released.

– Prepare materials for production.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

– Follow workplace safety rules and company regulations.

– Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.

– Report any equipment issues or production problems to supervisors.

– Assist with general factory duties whenever required.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

– No previous work experience required.

– Full training provided by the company.

– Male and female applicants are welcome.

– Open to local and foreign applicants.

– Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.

– Able to work independently and as part of a team.

– Good attendance and punctuality.

– Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

– Positive working attitude and willingness to follow company procedures.

 

WORKING HOURS

 

– Full-Time Position

– Shift-based working schedule

– Working days according to the official company roster

– Overtime opportunities available depending on production requirements

– Rest days according to company policy

 

SALARY

 

SGD 2,900 – SGD 3,500 per month

 

Salary will depend on the assigned position, work performance, experience, and shift schedule. Employees may also receive overtime pay and additional allowances where applicable under company policy.
