Salary & Benefits
Successful candidates will enjoy an attractive remuneration package, including:
– Basic Salary: Up to SGD 2,000 per month
– Quarterly Performance Incentive

– Overtime Opportunities of up to 72 hours per month, subject to operational requirements
– Gross Monthly Salary of up to SGD 3,000 or more, depending on overtime and performance incentives

About the Position
A reputable manufacturing company in Singapore is currently looking for dedicated, responsible, and motivated individuals to join its production team as Production Operators. Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your daily duties may include:
– Assembling cables, wire harnesses, and various electronic components according to production specifications.
– Identifying and organizing wires accurately by using standardized color codes.
– Performing basic inspection of finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
– Assisting with stock counting, inventory checks, and proper handling of production materials.
– Preparing components and materials for daily production.
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
– Following all workplace safety procedures and company regulations.
– Working closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
– Reporting any production issues or defective materials promptly.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
– No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
– Able to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
– Willing to learn and follow work instructions carefully.
– Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
– Good attention to detail, especially when identifying wire color codes and assembling components.
– Physically fit to perform production-related duties.
