About the Role
We are looking for motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing manufacturing team as a Product Packer. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term employment with a reputable company that values quality, teamwork, and employee development.
As a Product Packer, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring every item meets strict quality standards. You will work in a cleanroom environment using specialized tools and equipment, following established safety and hygiene procedures.

Key Responsibilities
– Clean products using approved cleaning agents, solvents, abrasive pads, and other specialized equipment
– Pack products carefully using cleanroom packaging materials according to company procedures
– Prepare sample kits and perform product preparation for customers and internal departments
– Inspect products before, during, and after packing to ensure they meet quality standards
– Label, box, organize, and prepare finished products accurately for shipment
– Maintain accurate production, packing, and inventory records using spreadsheets and company systems
– Follow all cleanroom, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
– Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation by following 6S workplace practices
– Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets
– Support other production and warehouse activities whenever required
– Assist with stock movement, material handling, and general operational duties
– Report product defects or quality concerns promptly to supervisors
– Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within production schedules
Requirements
– Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment
– Able to follow strict safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
– Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
– Able to lift and handle products safely when required
– Positive attitude with willingness to learn new skills
– Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
– Good communication and time management skills
