CONDO SUPERVISOR (FULL-TIME)

 

Work Locations: Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Valley Area & nearby residential estates

 

Salary: Up to SGD 2,700/month (based on experience and performance)

 

Working Schedule

 

– 6 days per week

– Working hours according to management duty roster

 

Job Scope

 

– Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance operations within the condominium.

– Lead and coordinate a team of cleaners to ensure work is completed efficiently.

– Conduct routine inspections of common areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

– Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.

– Handle minor operational issues and report major matters to management.

– Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.

– Monitor staff attendance and assist with manpower planning.

– Communicate with management and recommend operational improvements.

 

Requirements

 

– Previous supervisory or senior cleaning experience is an advantage.

– Strong leadership and communication skills.

– Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

– Willing to work 6 days per week with roster-based schedules.

CONDO CLEANER (FULL-TIME)

– Clean condominium common areas including corridors, staircases, lifts, lobbies, and shared facilities.

– Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and surrounding areas.

– Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.

– Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly.

– Follow daily work schedules assigned by the supervisor.

– Report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.

 

Requirements

 

– No experience required – full training provided.

– Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
