About the Opportunity
Rapid Recruitment Asia is currently seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team as Ice Cream & Yoghurt Packers. This position is suitable for candidates who are looking for stable short-term employment, flexible work arrangements, or valuable hands-on experience in Singapore’s food packaging and logistics industry.

Previous warehouse experience is not required, as all successful applicants will receive on-site guidance before starting work.
You will become part of a professional warehouse team responsible for ensuring frozen food products are packed accurately and safely while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality. This role also offers practical exposure to warehouse operations, inventory handling, food safety procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Salary, Overtime & Allowances
Basic Salary: SGD 12 per hour
Overtime Rate: SGD 18 per hour
Shift Allowances
– Afternoon Shift: Additional SGD 6 per day
– Night Shift: Additional SGD 9 per day
Employees are paid every two weeks, allowing you to receive your salary regularly without waiting until the end of the month. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational requirements, providing additional earning potential for employees who wish to work extra hours.
Working Schedule
Morning Shift
Monday – Saturday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift
Monday – Saturday
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift
Sunday – Friday
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
As an Ice Cream & Yoghurt Packer, your daily responsibilities may include:
– Picking frozen products according to warehouse orders
– Packing ice cream and yoghurt products accurately
– Sorting and labeling products before dispatch
– Conducting visual quality checks on products and packaging
– Ensuring food hygiene and safety procedures are followed at all times
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
– Supporting stock movement and inventory activities when required
– Performing general warehouse and ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
– Working closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets
– Following company procedures to ensure efficiency and product quality
The warehouse operates in a clean and organized environment with clear work procedures designed to maintain product quality and employee safety.
