Monthly Salary

 

SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,600

 

Actual monthly earnings depend on shift assignment, attendance, overtime opportunities, individual performance, and company incentive schemes.

– Accommodation Allowance: SGD 250 per month

– Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 300 per month

– Meal Allowance: SGD 10 for every working day

– Day Shift Allowance: SGD 15 per working day

– Evening/Night Shift Allowance: SGD 25 per working day

– Special Night Shift Incentive: SGD 500 per month for employees who successfully complete a full working month on the evening/night shift.

Working Schedule

– 4 Working Days Per Week

– Multiple rest days every week

Shift Options

 

Day Shift

 

– 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Evening/Night Shift

 

– 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

 

Employees assigned to evening or night shifts will receive additional shift allowances and may qualify for extra monthly incentives.

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the production and packaging process of chocolate milk products, including:

 

– Operating automated production and packaging machinery

– Monitoring production equipment to ensure smooth operation

– Packing finished products into cartons and shipping boxes

– Sealing, labeling, sorting, and palletizing products

– Performing basic quality inspections before products leave the production line

– Reporting production issues to supervisors

– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production area

– Following all food safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

– Working efficiently with supervisors and fellow team members to achieve daily production targets

– Assisting with inventory movement and general production support whenever required
