We are a well-established facilities management and cleaning service provider operating in major commercial, retail, and lifestyle locations across Singapore. We are currently expanding our workforce and actively recruiting motivated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cleaners, Floaters, and Stewarding Staff in the prestigious Orchard area.
Orchard is one of Singapore’s busiest and most prominent districts, known for high-end shopping malls, offices, hotels, and dining establishments. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in this area is critical to ensure a pleasant experience for visitors, employees, and businesses.
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in upholding cleanliness standards, ensuring public and private spaces remain safe, sanitary, and presentable at all times. This role is suitable for both experienced workers and newcomers who are willing to learn and build a stable career in Singapore’s service industry.
You will be working in a structured, organized, and professional environment with clear duties, proper training, and continuous support from supervisors and team leaders.
Available Positions and Working Shifts
1. Indoor Cleaner
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Salary up to $2,000
Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Salary up to $1,350
Main Duties:
Clean indoor areas such as corridors, lobbies, common spaces, and walkways
Wipe surfaces, sweep and mop floors, and remove rubbish
Ensure all facilities remain neat, tidy, and hygienic
Report any maintenance issues such as broken lights or leaking taps
Follow workplace safety procedures at all times
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently while following standard operating procedures.
2. Outdoor / Toilet Cleaner
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Salary up to $2,400
Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Salary up to $1,600
Main Duties:
Clean outdoor areas including walkways, entrances, and public spaces
Maintain cleanliness of public toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and other hygiene supplies
Ensure all sanitation standards are strictly followed
Notify supervisors of any repairs needed in toilet facilities
This role requires strong commitment, physical stamina, and a high level of attention to detail, especially during night shifts.
3. Table Top Cleaner / Cutlery Sorter
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Salary up to $1,250
Main Duties:
Clean tables and dining areas after use
Sort, wash, and organize cutlery, plates, and utensils
Keep kitchen and pantry areas clean and organized
Assist stewarding team during peak hours
Ensure hygiene standards are maintained at all times
This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy working in dining or food service environments and can work efficiently during busy periods.
4. Dishwasher
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Salary up to $2,400
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Salary up to $1,450
Main Duties:
Wash dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen utensils
Clean kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, and trays
Ensure all items are properly sanitized before reuse
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
Assist kitchen staff when needed
This role requires physical endurance, discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Floater
Morning/Afternoon Shift:
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Salary up to $2,400
Evening Shift:
4:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Salary up to $1,600
Main Duties:
Provide support across different cleaning and stewarding roles
Assist indoor and outdoor cleaning operations as required
Help in kitchen, dining, or public areas during peak hours
Be flexible and adaptable to different tasks and locations
This position is ideal for individuals who are versatile, proactive, and comfortable working in various environments.
