Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Shift Schedule:
– Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
– Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: Up to SGD 2,280 per month (Basic Salary + Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus)
About the Position
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Surgical Mask Packers. This is a full-time position in a modern medical manufacturing facility producing high-quality surgical and N95 masks for hospitals, healthcare institutions, and international markets.
No previous experience is required. Successful applicants will receive comprehensive training before starting work. This position is ideal for individuals who are responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a clean, structured manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Inspect surgical masks for defects, contamination, or quality issues before packaging.
– Sort products according to company quality standards.
– Pack surgical masks into designated boxes and sealed packaging.
– Count and label products accurately before shipment.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
– Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), GMP requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
– Complete production records and daily checklists accurately.
– Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors.
– Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
– Perform other production-related duties assigned by supervisors when required.
Requirements
– Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
– No prior experience required. Full training will be provided.
– Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when necessary.
– Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
– Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
– Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
– Able to understand and follow basic English work instructions.
– Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing protective equipment.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Training Program
