Location: Changi (East Singapore) – Aerospace Industry

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Salary: Up to SGD 2,700 per month (Basic Salary + Allowances)

Working Hours: Rotating Shifts

Morning Shift:
6:30 AM – 4:15 PM

Afternoon Shift:
4:00 PM – 1:45 AM

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A leading aerospace organization in Singapore is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join its logistics and warehouse operations team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the aerospace industry, supporting the movement, storage, and management of critical aircraft components and maintenance equipment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely support for maintenance and engineering activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, value organization and accuracy, and are looking to build a long-term career in logistics, warehousing, or aerospace operations.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly updated within the system.
• Receive incoming aircraft engines, spare parts, tools, and components while ensuring proper documentation and verification.
• Conduct unloading, unpacking, inspection, and storage of materials according to operational procedures.
• Issue and collect tools, equipment, and materials required by workshop personnel and technicians.
• Coordinate the movement of engine stands and other heavy materials between internal and external warehouse locations.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor chemical cabinet inventory and ensure all materials are stored and handled according to safety regulations.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits as required.
• Assist with labeling, packing, sorting, and preparing materials for distribution.
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and operations personnel to support maintenance and repair projects.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Support general warehouse operations and other duties assigned by management.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, inventory control, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures is beneficial.
• Physically fit and capable of handling materials and warehouse-related tasks.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
