1. Work Locations and Deployment

 

Successful candidates may be deployed to multiple work sites across Singapore based on operational requirements and manpower planning. Deployment locations include, but are not limited to:

 

• Woodlands (North Region)

• Tuas (West Region)

• Admiralty (North Region)

• Bukit Batok (West Region)

• More than 20 additional locations islandwide

 

Where operationally feasible, placement may take into consideration the employee’s residential location. However, final deployment will be determined by the company based on operational needs, manpower allocation, and service requirements.

 

Employees may be required to transfer between sites from time to time to support business operations and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

 

2. Employment Terms and Working Schedule

 

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

 

Working Days:

• Six (6) days per week

• One (1) weekday rest day

 

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Employees are expected to work on weekends and public holidays according to the assigned roster. For duties performed on public holidays, off-in-lieu will be provided in accordance with company policies.

 

Occasional overtime may be required depending on operational needs and manpower requirements. Overtime compensation will be provided according to company guidelines and applicable employment regulations.

 

3. Salary and Compensation Package

 

Gross Monthly Salary:

SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,500 per month

(Inclusive of fixed allowances)

 

Salary offered may vary depending on deployment location, attendance record, work performance, and company policy.

5. Job Scope and Responsibilities

 

As a Full-Time Cleaner, your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within assigned facilities.

 

General Cleaning Duties:

 

• Cleaning dormitory rooms, corridors, staircases, and common areas

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Dusting and wiping furniture, railings, doors, windows, and surfaces

• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, sinks, and washrooms

• Emptying rubbish bins and disposing of waste properly

• Replenishing soap, tissue paper, cleaning supplies, and other consumables

 

Maintenance Reporting:

 

• Reporting facility defects, damages, and safety hazards to supervisors

• Highlighting maintenance issues requiring attention

 

Team Collaboration:

 

• Working closely with fellow team members

• Assisting colleagues when required

• Ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule

 

Safety Compliance:

 

• Following company safety and hygiene procedures

• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly

• Wearing company-issued uniforms and PPE where required

6. Requirements and Eligibility Criteria

 

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

 

• No experience required

• Training will be provided

• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties
